8 Bacon slices, cut into piece
1cCarrot, shredded or finely c
1/2cOnion, chopped
1/2cCelery
1/2cPeas, cooked
3cRice, cold, cooked
3tsSoy sauce
1/4tsSalt
1/3cGreen onion, chopped

Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
